Tom Dillon (Board member)
Tom served as Netflix’s Chief Operations Officer from April 1999, shortly after the
company launched its online DVD business, through to April 2006. During that time, he
oversaw the creation of a largely automated system today handling shipment of over 1.3
million DVDs per day from 37 shipping centers around the United States.
Prior to joining Netflix, from January 1998 to April 1999, Mr. Dillon served as Chief
Information Officer at Candescent Technologies Corp., a manufacturer of flat panel displays.
From May 1987 to December 1997, Mr. Dillon served as Chief Information Officer of
Seagate Technology, a maker of computer peripherals. Mr. Dillon holds a B.S. from the
University of Colorado.

David Devlin (Board member)
David is the President of systemsGo, based in Tokyo, Japan.
Originally from Australia, David moved to Japan in 1989, and after completing postgraduate studies at Chiba University,
he joined Shimizu Corporation as a project manager. Following four years as the regional IT coordinator for the Australian Trade
Commission, he became a freelance IT consultant. In October 1998, David helped to launch systemsGo.
David has a passion for the sea, and has published a photo book on Japan's marine life and writes for various diving publications.
Don Plumley (Advisor)
Donald brings a broad commercial background and deep localization industry experience to Elanex. He was the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at BGS (Bowne Global Solutions), from IDOC, the firm that launched the company, through the initial industry consolidation comprised of over 13 acquisitions. Donald created the brand and the global sales organization, and was behind the growth in sales from $20m to over $150m. Currently, Donald is the principal of Bentō Strategy, a management advisory firm with focus in strategy and marketing working with clients in a range of industries including advanced materials, marketing services, and social networking. Previously, Donald was Vice President and General Manager of Polycold Systems, a manufacturer of cryogenic refrigeration equipment, where he was responsible for significant growth in revenue and profitability along with leading the successful divestiture to a strategic corporate acquirer. He has also served in a variety of international sales and marketing leadership roles with sensor and instrumentation divisions of Honeywell. He holds a B.S. from the University of California at Davis and an MBA from UCLA.
Mary Janaitis (Advisor)
Mary is the founder and principal of MSJ Consulting, an organizational development consulting firm based in the San Francisco
Bay Area. Mary works with start-ups and their leaders to identify and rapidly address a wide variety of organizational issues,
delivering formal presentations, helping with conflict resolution, conducting human resource audits,
providing expert assessment of candidates for key positions, developing policies and procedures,
and designing customized training programs for a variety of needs.
Prior to founding MSJ, Mary was the Asia Pacific head of Human Resources for Arthur D. Little, the world's oldest management consulting firm,
where she helped build infrastructure and established important cross-cultural and organizational links. Mary is a graduate of Cornell University
with an A.B. in English. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She facilitates the NAWBO-San Francisco Leaders’ Circle, a program designed to promote the development and success of women who own multi-million dollar businesses in the Bay Area.
Simon Glinsky (Advisor)
Simon is the founder and Principal of The Glinsky Group, a
management consulting practice specializing in strategy, organization
and executive facilitation. Founded in 1990, The Glinsky Group has on
its client roster such names as Wells Fargo Bank, Barra (now Morgan
Stanley), Kaiser Permanente, the University of California, Heath
Insurance Brokers (now Colemont), Renaissance Software (derivatives),
Tilia Housewares (now Jarden) and Klutz Publishing (now Scholastic). He
helped groom numerous clients for acquisition or growth. Simon holds an MBA from Stanford University and also studied at
Edinburgh University (Scotland) and Georgia Tech. He received a B.S. in Economics with finance, Magna cum Laude,

His career has also included stints with McKinsey & Co., IBM and GE
Credit Corporation.

generating $3.5Mil revenue within 9 months, and championing multiple Bluetooth projects for Microsoft, Palm and Motorola.
