Tom Dillon (Board member)

Tom served as Netflix’s Chief Operations Officer from April 1999, shortly after the company launched its online DVD business, through to April 2006. During that time, he oversaw the creation of a largely automated system today handling shipment of over 1.3 million DVDs per day from 37 shipping centers around the United States. Prior to joining Netflix, from January 1998 to April 1999, Mr. Dillon served as Chief Information Officer at Candescent Technologies Corp., a manufacturer of flat panel displays. From May 1987 to December 1997, Mr. Dillon served as Chief Information Officer of Seagate Technology, a maker of computer peripherals. Mr. Dillon holds a B.S. from the University of Colorado.

David Devlin (Board member)

David is the President of systemsGo, based in Tokyo, Japan. Originally from Australia, David moved to Japan in 1989, and after completing postgraduate studies at Chiba University, he joined Shimizu Corporation as a project manager. Following four years as the regional IT coordinator for the Australian Trade Commission, he became a freelance IT consultant. In October 1998, David helped to launch systemsGo. David has a passion for the sea, and has published a photo book on Japan's marine life and writes for various diving publications.

As co-founder and CEO of ScanAlert, David assembled a team, developed, launched and marketed the world's most recognized security mark, Hacker Safe™, acquired by McAffee in January of 2008. As a consultant to the World Bank, David developed localization technology and tools for the SME Toolkit, a global business portal currently spanning 30 countries and 14 languages. As co-founder and COO of Etera Systems, David developed the world’s first managed application services platform and was key in negotiating a successful merger with Corio. In his career, David has been involved with numerous startups, has served as founder, director, CEO, COO, CTO, CIO or consultant in companies ranging in size from zero to $6B in revenue, and has served on multiple corporate boards. Mary Janaitis (Advisor)

Mary is the founder and principal of MSJ Consulting, an organizational development consulting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mary works with start-ups and their leaders to identify and rapidly address a wide variety of organizational issues, delivering formal presentations, helping with conflict resolution, conducting human resource audits, providing expert assessment of candidates for key positions, developing policies and procedures, and designing customized training programs for a variety of needs. Prior to founding MSJ, Mary was the Asia Pacific head of Human Resources for Arthur D. Little, the world's oldest management consulting firm, where she helped build infrastructure and established important cross-cultural and organizational links. Mary is a graduate of Cornell University with an A.B. in English. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She facilitates the NAWBO-San Francisco Leaders’ Circle, a program designed to promote the development and success of women who own multi-million dollar businesses in the Bay Area.

Simon Glinsky (Advisor)

Simon is the founder and Principal of The Glinsky Group, a management consulting practice specializing in strategy, organization and executive facilitation. Founded in 1990, The Glinsky Group has on its client roster such names as Wells Fargo Bank, Barra (now Morgan Stanley), Kaiser Permanente, the University of California, Heath Insurance Brokers (now Colemont), Renaissance Software (derivatives), Tilia Housewares (now Jarden) and Klutz Publishing (now Scholastic). He helped groom numerous clients for acquisition or growth. Simon holds an MBA from Stanford University and also studied at Edinburgh University (Scotland) and Georgia Tech. He received a B.S. in Economics with finance, Magna cum Laude, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. His career has also included stints with McKinsey & Co., IBM and GE Credit Corporation.

Cathlyn Choi-Librizzi (Advisor)

Cathlyn Choi-Librizzi has been the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Rivet International since April, 2006. Cathlyn’s past experiences span the globe, starting as the founding President of CSIS, a Korean international consulting company (’92-99), then roles as Business Development and Marketing Executive for two Asian companies looking to market and sell their products throughout the world. In March, 2000, she came to the US and founded CNA Wireless, an International Consulting firm which also hosted two annual International Wireless Symposiums in 2002 and 2003. In early 2004, she became the VP of OEM Sales for Jabra/GN Netcom, generating $3.5Mil revenue within 9 months, and championing multiple Bluetooth projects for Microsoft, Palm and Motorola.

Mark D. Watson (Advisor)

Mark is a senior professional and entrepreneur with a comprehensive track record of achievement, both as an employee and employer. Currently, Mark is Managing Director and founder of a number of start-up companies throughout the United Kingdom. Most recently he held senior global sales and operations positions with Williams Lea / Deutsche Post DHL with considerable global operations responsibility. Previously he held senior roles with Gartner Inc, ABB and Teletech Inc. As an executive, Mark has generated many considerable revenues, delivered consistent year on year growth, and turned around many underperforming teams and operations. He has set-up and overseen a number of large off-shore and near-shore centers across India and Europe and managed teams that spanned 46 locations globally covering a 24 x 7 structure. Mark originally studied as an engineer at Loughborough University, has lived and worked in a variety of locations globally, and now resides in the United Kingdom.
