Elanex University
The Elanex University is a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of running a successful translation business. The University
provides a mix of classroom and field training, and continual support via a knowledge management system containing over 1000 help articles, how-to guides
and general background information.
The Elanex University provides training in three main functional areas:
- Sales. Identifying target markets, prospecting for translation business, conducting lead generation campaigns, converting prospects.
Upselling and winning follow-on business. In-depth information on Elanex products and their competitive advantages.
- Service delivery. Managing translation projects of all sizes. Elanex technologies and their uses.
- Regional management. Defining team structure. Hiring, evaluating, managing, motivating. Handling the administration of a translation
business. Setting goals and targets, and monitoring progress.
The Elanex University was developed initially to provide systematic training for our sales and service delivery team members. As we grew, we realized
that the program could be extended further to provide training for our regional managers, and for our
Certified Partners (Elanex resellers). Today the program provides formal training for everyone associated with
Elanex, enabling us to provide the same consistent level of top quality service everywhere in the world.
