Email translation service
The Elanex email translation service provides a simple, convenient, cost-effective
solution to the problem of multilingual email communications.
When you receive an email in a foreign language, you can either forward it to a
dedicated email address we will set up for you, or you can cut and paste the text
into our Client Portal. There is no need to specify the language -
Elanex software will automatically identify the language the email is written in.
We will translate the text and return it to you according to a predefined schedule.
If you need to respond to the email, simply provide us with your response,
and we will translate it into the target language. We can include a message in the recipient's language
requesting them to reply to us directly, and we can then automatically translate their response for you!
Our service gives you the ability to differentiate between emails intended for clients,
in which top quality is the paramount concern, and emails intended for use between
colleagues or friends, in which case budget optimization is important.
Billing is easy: you pay only for actual email translations requested. (We request a small advance payment
based on your expected translation volume, and we'll send you a regular statement indicating what you actually used.)
Turnaround time is impressive: if necessary, we can set up the service to complete email translations in
as little as an hour. (Standard Elanex timing applies unless otherwise requested.)
