If you are an existing Elanex client and registered user of the Client Portal, you can submit translation requests to Elanex through the portal at any time. Please click on clients at the top of any page to log in, or click here now.

Elanex would be delighted to offer you a free quotation for your translation project. Please fill in the fields below, and click the 'Request quotation' button at the bottom of the page when you are ready. Our team will analyze your request, and we will contact you via your preferred contact method.

Please note that if your request is for a simpler translation, such as a one-off personal translation or a standard document format such as a business card, you can use our instant quotation system - you'll get an instant response, and you may also save money!

Step 2: Please tell us about your translation need If your translation project is confidential in nature, please let us know by checking the Confidential box. We will contact you to discuss the best way to protect your security. We would be happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or to take other security precautions as you prefer. If your project is a website, there is no need to provide source files at this stage - just enter the full URL of your site in the additional comments area

Step 3: Upload your document(s)

If your project consists of a single document and you have an electronic copy, click Browse and locate the document on your computer
If your project consists of multiple electronic documents, you can combine them into a single zip file and upload that. If you are not sure how to do this, don't worry - just leave this section empty
If you only have hard copies of your document(s), and you do not have access to a scanner, leave this section empty, and we will contact you to determine the best way for us to obtain copies

Important: after you click 'Request quotation', your request will be submitted to Elanex. If your request includes a document, it may take some time to transfer the document to our server. Do not touch your browser during this time! You will receive a confirmation notice when the request is complete.
