Straker Translations completes acquisition of Elanex

AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND, February 8th 2017 – Straker Translations has completed the second phase in its growth strategy with the acquisition of Elanex, the San Francisco-based language services provider.  Elanex has a revenue of around NZ$6.5 million and employs 35 people and specialises in technology, retail, energy, financial translations and over-the-phone interpretation services.

The acquisition of Elanex comes just four months after the acquisition of Eurotext Translations in Ireland (October 2016) and is the next phase in Straker Translations’ strategic global expansion plans.
